ORDER PROCESSING
Most Southern Dirt Co. products are made to order. Please allow time for you order to be produced and prepared for shipment before it is shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production provider.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays may occur that are outside of Southern Dirt Co.'s control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, and available shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Because some Southern Dirt Co. Products may be produced and fulfilled by different production providers, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at southerndirtco26@gmail.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the package and product when possible. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at southerndirtco26@gmail.co. we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
